At Bloomwick Studios, we take pride in our handmade products and want you to love what you receive. If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to help.

Returns & Exchanges We accept returns for exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Because our products are handmade, slight natural variations in color, texture, or finish are not considered defects.

How to Initiate a Return Contact us at bloomeickstudios@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, ship the item back at your own expense. Upon receipt and inspection, we'll issue store credit or process your exchange.

Non-Returnable Items Custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
